Before joining IFC, Mr. Tuncsiper worked at Oaklins Inhera as Director/Partner, after having headed the Corporate Finance Department at the Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB), also representing the bank at the board of Is Private Equity and as a member of the advisory board at the Turkish Growth & Innovation Fund (TGIF) of the EIF. He took on the role at TSKB after a tenure of nearly a decade at Is Investment Corporate Finance, lastly having taken on the responsibility of Head of Basic Industries at the department. He also worked briefly at Mercedes Benz Turkey as a project controller.

 

Mr. Tuncsiper has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Middle East Technical University in Turkey and a Masters of Science degree in International Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.  He is a CFA  charterholder.
